WV Hears Testimony on Campus Carry Bill

The West Virginia House Judiciary Committee Monday heard testimony on a measure addressing a campus carry bill.  House Bill 2519 would require colleges to allow those licensed to carry a concealed deadly weapon to do so freely in campus buildings and on campus.  Not everyone thinks it’s a good idea, and some of it deals with financial implications.  David Eldridge is a retired West Virginia State Troopers who works in security at Concord University…
