West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and Ohio Lieutenant Governor Mary Taylor this week signed an agreement pledging regional support and enhanced cooperation for the continued development of natural gas in the Appalachian Basin. The three were part of the inaugural Tri-State Shale Summit, which was held in Morgantown.
