WV Sherrifs Declare They Will Not Enforce Federal Laws They Believe To Violate 2nd Amendment

A handful of West Virginia sheriffs have publicly declared they won’t enforce any new federal laws that they believe violate the Second Amendment right to bear arms, though the organization that represents all 55 has yet to take a stand in the growing debate over curtailing gun violence. Meanwhile, conceal and carry permits for firearms in Mineral County are taking longer than usual to be issued- but it has nothing to do with the national debate and controversy.  Mineral County Sheriff Jeremy Taylor tells WCBC News that the permits haven’t been issued because the necessary seal isn’t currently available…
