On Saturday at 10:28am Officers with the Cumberland Police Dept responded to the first block of Yost Ave in reference to a disturbance.
Upon arrival Officers contacted the victim who advised that an argument had ensued and the suspect had destroyed their property. As a result officers placed 36 year old Clyde Richardson under arrest and transported him to Police Headquarters where he was issued a Maryland Criminal Citation for Destruction of Property under $1000 and released pending trial in District Court.
