ACPS Entering Year Two of Public School Opportunity Enrichment Grant

The Allegany County Public School System is currently entering its second year of the Full STEAM Ahead with ACESS grant entitled Public School Opportunity Enrichment grant from the Maryland State Department of Education.

               Applications for the chance to enroll in this middle school afterschool program were provided to all middle school students and are due back to the school system no later than Friday, September 28, 2018.  A maximum of 50 students from each middle school will be selected.

               The program at Mt. Savage and Westmar Middle Schools will begin on October 1, 2018, and will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. The program at Braddock and Washington Middle Schools will begin on October 2, 2018, and will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
