It was a chilly November day one year ago when Cumberland cut the ribbon on a new, revitalized Baltimore Street. The project, which took 18 months and cost $16 million dollars, brought back traffic and updated water, sewer, and 5-G Fiber connections for buildings. Main Street Manager Melinda Kelleher said the revitalization has brought a number of businesses…
“Twenty new businesses have opened in the Main Street district and that includes restaurants, retail, and some service industry businesses. And over the next few months, we have seven more businesses that are going to be opening.”
