Blackiston Avenue Disturbance Leads To Charges

On Saturday February 25, 2017, at 1:32 am, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to Blackiston Avenue for an individual who was knocking on windows and doors to a private residence.

Michael Bueter, age 25, was warned by officers to leave the area as he was the suspect of a previous suspicious call in the immediate area. He was charged with two counts of Disturbing The Peace, Tresspassing, and Failure To Obey a lawful order.

Bueter was arrested, processed and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office for a bond hearing. He was held on a $5,000.00 dollar bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
