City Man arrested on Trespassing Charges

On Friday, the Cumberland City Police responded to the Sheetz on Virginia Avenue for the report of a male causing a disturbance and trespassing on the property.  When officers arrived, contact was made with store employees who advised that a Daniel Robinson Jr was told by officers earlier in the day not to return to Sheetz property because of problems he was causing.  Officers located Robinson and confirmed that he was in fact arrested for an earlier incident and told not to return to Sheetz property.  Robinson was again arrested and taken to the Cumberland City Police Station.  He was later taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $1,000 bond.

Charges:  Trespassing and failure to obey.

Held on a $1,000 bond.
