With the resignation of Ruth Davis-Rogers as the city's historic planner, it may be time to reorganize that aspect of city government, according to Cumberland Mayor Ray Morriss.  The mayor pointed out to WCBC that Davis-Rogers did more than just her job description and the city may look to hire a city planner.
