City Police Make Arrest Warrant

On Monday, November 20, 2017, the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Brad Ramsey.  The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred on November 12, 2017.  On this date at approximately 1:00 AM, police responded to a business on Henderson Avenue in reference to an assault.  Upon the officers’ arrival, the victim reported that he was punched multiple times in the face by the suspect, Brad Ramsey.  An application for charges was filed at District Court by police and a warrant was issued.  Ramsey was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters for processing.  Ramsey was also served with a bench warrant for failing to appear and a bench warrant for violation of probation.   He was taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing.  He was held at the Allegany County Detention Center on bonds totaling $15,500.

CHARGES:  Assault-2nd Degree, Disorderly Conduct
