During the argument a rock was thrown striking the victim in the face. Subsequently, both Lowe and Adams were arrested. Adams was charged on a Criminal Citation for Disorderly Conduct and released pending trial. Lowe was charged with burglary 4th degree, 2nd assault, disorderly conduct, and fail to obey.
