On Sunday, June 9th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served two Circuit Court arrest warrants on Gabriella Elise Clutter. The warrants were issued for violation of probation and failure to appear for trial on January 2nd, 2019 for a possession of marihuana charge. She was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center until she can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.
