On Saturday, a criminal summons was served on Ashley Kay Shrout, 32, of Cumberland MD.
The summons was in reference to an incident on April 10th, 2019, in the 300 block of Cecelia St. In this incident the victim alleged Shrout stole medication from inside the residence. Shrout was charged with theft, less than $100.
Shrout was served the summons and released, pending trial in District Court.
