On Saturday, Cumberland City Police responded to the 100 Block of Columbia St for the report of an off road vehicle operating illegally on the roadway.
Officers were able to locate a male subject operating a small dirt bike in the area and conduct a traffic stop on it. The operator was identified as Clayton Shaquille Booker, age 25, of Cumberland MD. Booker was charged with illegally operating an off road vehicle on a public property.
He was issued a criminal citation and released, pending trial in District Court.
