On August 28, 2016 at approximately 11:51 AM a Cumberland Police Officer witnessed William Jacob Lawrence walking across a no trespassing area of CSX property near Queen City Pavement. The area is posted with no trespassing signs. Lawrence was arrested and issued a criminal citation for Trespassing. He was released pending trial in District Court.

Warrant Arrest
On August 28, 2016 two arrest warrants were served on Elizabeth Mae Price. Price was served with a Circuit Court warrant for violating conditions of probation. She was also served with a District Court warrant for Obstructing and Hindering and a False Statement to Officer. Price was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was held on $10,000 for the District Court warrant. She was held without bond for the Circuit Court warrant. Price was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center pending her next court appearance.
