Rail operator CSX Corp said on Thursday its Chief Executive Officer and President Hunter Harrison, was on medical leave due to unexpected complications from a recent illness. The company, which is the No. 3 U.S. railroad operator, named Chief Operating Officer James Foote as acting CEO.
