The Cumberland Economic Development Corporation and the Downtown Development Commission are continuing to look for ways to promote and educate prospective business owners about the wide variety of grants and tax incentive programs currently available. Ruth Davis-Rogers, Cumberland’s Historic Preservation Planner, has suggested, and is in the process of organizing a meeting for businesses looking to locate in the city.
