Trespassing Arrest
On September 24, 2016 the Cumberland Police observed William Wesley Blacker, Jr. walking across CSX property near Queen City Pavement in a no trespassing area. Blacker was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial in District Court.

Bench Warrant Served
On September 24, 2016 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on James Jerald Gunn for Violation of Probation on an original charge of 2nd Degree Assault. Gunn was arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was held on $7500 bond. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center pending his next court appearance.

Bench Warrant Served
On September 24, 2016 the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on Melvin Eugene Mumma. Mumma failed to appear for court on September 22, 2016 on a Trespassing charge. Mumma was taken before a District Court Commissioenr where he was held on $3000 bond. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center pending his next court appearance.

Bench Warrant Served
On September 24, 2016 the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation on Amber Lynn Warner. Warner violated probation on an original charge of Trespassing on Posted Property. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was held on $250 bond. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center pending her next court appearance.
