On Monday, September 24th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant issue by District Court on James Edward Moellenkamp for failing to appear for trial in October, 2015 on numerous traffic charges. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.
James Edward Moellenkamp, age; 42, Ridgeley, West Virginia.
