On Friday, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Brittany Brennan.
The warrant was issued on September 27, 2016 for Brennan failing to appear for her case at the District Court of Allegany County.
Brennan was placed under arrest, processed, and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $3,000 bond.
