The Cumberland Times News reports Dollar General will relocate its LaVale Plaza store to the site of the former Hafer Chapel of the Hills Mortuary, a company spokeswoman said Tuesday. Laura Somerville said the new store at 1302 National Highway, beside Sheetz convenience store, will likely open by late winter and employee six to 10 people.
The Hafer building is being razed by Nuverra Environmental Solutions of Somerset, Pennsylvania.
