Cumberland Police served a parole retake warrant on a city man Friday.
44 year old Jonathan Daniel Hershiser had been free since November after being convicted of conspiracy to possess narcotics with intent to distribute.
The warrant says Hershiser failed drug screening on five occasions. He was remanded to the Department of Corrections.
