On Saturday, Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Justin Lee Fagan, age 51, of Cumberland.
The summons was issued in reference to an incident that occurred on December 28th, 2018. During that incident, it is alleged that Fagan had used the services of a local taxi company.
Once the services were rendered, Fagan was unable to pay for the services he received. Fagan was served the summons and released, pending trial in District Court.
