Another of our broadcast friends has passed away.
Ray Welsh was one of our mainstays during the revival of the Cumberland Raceway in the early 1990's, co-hosting a weekly discussion show and then anchor some of our coverage from the track.
He was an enthusiast for local tracks for decades and served as PA announcer for 19 years.
Ray Welsh was 78.
