On Friday, at 1:30 a.m., Frostburg City Police received two hit and run reports, one in which a parked car was struck and one in which a pole was struck.
Officers located the suspect vehicle and the suspect, identified as Rhonda Lynn Fazenbaker, 46, of Cumberland. Officers detected signs of impairment, and, following field sobriety tests, officers placed Fazenbaker under arrest.
Fazenbaker was charged with multiple hit and run violations, driving while impaired, and related charges and was released pending trial.
