A Frostburg couple was arrested late Wednesday in a traffic stop on East Main Street by Frostburg Police. The Cumberland Times News reports that Thomas Ian Delsignore and Tosha N. Delsignore, both 37, were arrested on outstanding warrants when they were stopped by police at about 11:30 p.m.
Following the arrests, both defendants were jailed at the Allegany County Detention Center awaiting bond hearing before a district court commissioner.
Police said a drug scan of the vehicle was conducted by a K-9 unit of the Frostburg Police Department with assistance of C3I Narcotics Unit investigators.
Additional charges are pending, police said.
