Firefighters from Oakland, Gorman and Deer Park were called to what was originally thought to be a structure fire off of Route 560 Saturday morning.
When they arrived on the scene, they found a vehicle to be fully involved and when crews tried to extinguish the blaze, they were assaulted by people at the scene.
Garrett County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating.
