Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan has been sworn in to a second term and focused on bipartianship in his inaugural address.
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush introduced Hogan at his inauguration Wednesday.
Bush was the third Republican elected to Florida's highest office and the first Republican in the state's history to be reelected. Hogan was the first Republican since 1954 to win reelection in Maryland.

Former Democratic Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett, the county's first African-American member of the County Council and first African-American county executive, delivered opening remarks.
Lt. Gov. Boyd Rutherford was introduced by his daughters, Kristen and Lauren Rutherford.
