Andrew Robert Roman, a 37-year-old from Cumberland, was arrested Thursday and charged with multiple offenses. During the investigation, police discovered evidence linked to previous incidents, which led to the charges against him. Roman appeared before a District Court Commissioner, who ordered him to be held without bond. He is facing several criminal charges, including:

- Four (4) counts of First-Degree Assault
- Six (6) counts of Second-Degree Assault
- Three (3) counts of Reckless Endangerment
- Four (4) counts related to Illegal Firearm Possession

This case is still under investigation.
