West Virginia Governor hosted a summit meeting with lawmakers yesterday afternoon, trying to come to an agreement on cutting the state income tax with the goal of eventually eliminating it.
There are three different plans in various stages of development, with only a week to go before the session ends next Monday, raising the possibility of a special session to deal with the issue.
