The Cumberland Times News reports a Keyser man was arrested Wednesday a short time after he allegedly pointed a handgun at a person in the RG’s store parking lot on Mineral Street, Keyser Police said.
Anthony L. Lockett, 34, was charged with brandishing a handgun and public intoxication, both misdemeanors, police said.
He was arrested on North Davis Street, near the city police station, following the 4:50 p.m. incident. Police said an unloaded 9 mm handgun was tucked into the waistband of his pants.
He remained jailed Thursday at the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail in lieu of $1,200 bond.
