Cumberland City Police Friday served a Fugitive from Justice Warrant on Susan Elizabeth Davis, 27, of Keyser WV. Davis was discovered to have an open Arrest Warrant through Bedford County Pennsylvania for an incident which occurred on November 11th, 2020. During that incident, it is alleged that Davis had operated a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. The warrant was also found to be extraditable. Davis was placed under arrest and taken to police headquarters for processing. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was held without bond, pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
