On Friday at approximately 4:00 PM Deputies of the Allegany County Sheriff's Office arrested 32 year old Joseph William McConnell of Luke Maryland. McConnell was arrested on the strength of a Fugitive Warrant stemming from an active felony arrest warrant in the State of Pennsylvania, which charged McConnell with the following:
Invol. Deviate Sexual Intercourse W/Child x2
Agg. Ind. Assault-Comp. <13 Years of Age x2
Indecent Assault Person <13 Years of Age x4
Corruption of Minors x2
Unlawful Contact with Minor x2
McConnell was held at the Allegany County Detention Center pending an extradition hearing.
