Man Arrested on Baltimore Avenue for Refusing to Leave

On Saturday, January 18th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Baltimore Avenue residence for a male causing a disturbance.

When officers arrived, contact was made with a female resident who told officers that Carl Spate Stallings was inside her residence intoxicated and she wanted him to leave. Officer then spoke with Stallings and he was told to leave and not to return.

Moments later, Officers received a second complaint advising that Stalling had returned. They responded and back and he was arrested for disturbing the peace, failure to obey a lawful order, and disorderly conduct. Stalling was issued criminal citations and released pending trial.
