A 63 year old Elkton man died Saturday afternoon in a fire that broke out at the Pine Valley Apartments in Cecil County.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal's office still has the incident under investigation, but says indications are that the blaze broke out in the dining area, and that sprinklers and fire alarms worked in the single story apartment.
