Cumberland's mayor and City Council on Friday dedicated the city's water reclamation facility in South Cumberland in honor of John DiFonzo. DiFonzo, the city engineer, will soon retire after 43 years of service to the city. A ceremony and reception was held at 400 E. Offutt Street just after noon.
