Mayoral Candidate Snaps at Council Meeting

May 16th, 2018 by WCBC Radio

What started out as a few questions about a new contract approved by the Cumberland Mayor and City Council for city solicitor Mike Cohen erupted into a meltdown from mayoral candidate Robin Hood Constitution. Constitution, who was not invited to a recent candidates public meet and greet by Mayor Brian Grim because of his having made threats against the mayor last summer, took exception to the council’s action to commit to a four year deal for Cohen given that it's an election year. He argued that it might be better to proceed on a month to month basis until the new council takes office next January. He then turned his questions to Mayor Grim- and suddenly snapped when Cohen attempted to interject a point….

Um, I think the gentleman may have “snapped” long before this meeting. Perhaps sometime earlier when he decided to change his name to Robin Hood Constitution?
