Robin Summerfield, a delegate at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, has confirmed to WCBC News that Barbara Mikulski, U.S. Senator from Maryland, will provide the nominating speech for presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Summerfield, an Allegany County resident and Western Maryland representative for U.S. Senator Ben Cardin, said that the Maryland Delegation was informed of the news during a breakfast meeting Tuesday.
