Early Saturday morning, Cumberland Police were called to Pine Avenue concerning a breaking and entering that was in progress.
They found the homeowner had detained 29 year old Donavan Watts, who was charged after allegedly scuffling with the resident, who wrestled him to the ground after losing control of a rifle he had been using for protection.
