On Tuesday, April 9th, 2019 a Cumberland Police Officer was on patrol in the area of Baltimore Street and Queen City Drive when he observed a male consuming an alcoholic beverage on a public sidewalk. The male was identified as Daniel Scott Wise. Wise was issued a warning on the previous day for the same violation and not property discarding the container in the trash. He was arrested and charged with littering and consuming an alcoholic beverage in public. Wise was cited and released pending trial.
