On Friday, September 13th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Tyler Matthew Zalewski. The warrant was issued by the Garrett County Circuit Court when Zalewski failed to appear for trial back on June 20th, 2019 for burglary charges. He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond.
