High winds, with gusts up to 50 mph, have knocked out power to hundreds in the WCBC listening area.
Overnight, over 500 lost power in Cumberland, about 440 in Barton, over 400 in Keyser and New Creek, 500 in the Deep Creek Lake area, and about 100 in Hampshire County.
It may take much of the day to restore power to those affected.
