Saturday, November 28, kicks off the Shop Small Season with Small Business Saturday, a national celebration of small businesses and the positive impact they have on communities across the country. This holiday season, local small businesses need the support of their community more than ever. According to a recent study, 62% of U.S. small businesses reported that they need to see consumer spending return to pre-COVID levels by the end of 2020 in order to stay in business. Though our county is currently experiencing a surge in COVID-19 cases, there are many ways to support local businesses while remaining safe and taking care of that holiday to-do list.
