On Saturday, Cumberland Police served an Arrest Warrant on Rachael Dolly, age 31 of Cumberland, Maryland. The Warrant stemmed from a December 4, incident that occurred in the 30 block of Ridgeway Terrace.
On December 4, 2019 officers were called to an address on Ridgeway Terrace for a burglary complaint. When officers arrived they learned that Dolly had forced her way into a residence breaking the glass in the door. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate Dolly. Subsequently, officers applied for charges on Dolly in District Court. An Arrest Warrant was then issued charging Dolly with 4th degree burglary, disturbing the peace/disorderly, malicious destruction of property under $1000. Dolly was later provided her Initial Appearance in District Court, and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
