The City of Frostburg will conduct smoke testing on a portion of the sewer system over the course of two weeks beginning on April 22, 2019. The Smoke Testing is part of the ongoing projects to improve the City's sewer system, including the separation of the sanitary and storm sewer systems to eliminate combined sewer overflows.
