On Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at approximately 3:00 AM, the Cumberland Police Department responded to the Greene Street underpass in reference to a tractor trailer colliding with a bridge. The 400 block of Greene Street (between Allegany Street and Lee Street) had to be shut down. Allegany County Emergency Dispatch:
UPDATE: The roadway is now cleared for two-way traffic.
