Two Baltimore Men arrested in Cumberland on Numerous Drug Charges

On July 16, 2018, members of the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force, with the assistance of the Maryland State Police Cumberland Barrack, arrested Richard Jerome Harrison, Baltimore, and Tavon Hardy, Baltimore in the 300 block of Furnace Street, Cumberland, MD.

 

Harrison was arrested in September, 2017 by members of the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force.  As a result of the investigation, Harrison was charged with the following: CDS DIST-NARC, CDS POSS W/INT TO DIST, CDS:POSSESS-NOT MARIJUANA.  After posting bail, investigators continued their investigation into Harrison. 

 

On July 16, 2018 Harrison and Hardy were arrested in the 300 block of Furnace Street, Cumberland MD.  As a result of the arrest and a search of both Harrison and Hardy, they were charged with the following:   

        CDS POSS W/INT TO DIST

-       CDS DIST-NARC

-       CDS: POSSESS-NOT MARIJUANA

-       CON-CDS: POSS W/I DIST: NARC

-       CON-CDS DIST-NARC

 

 

Harrison and Hardy were both held without bail. The investigation is ongoing.
