U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions Discusses Immigration Enforcement & Gangs In Baltimore

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen addressed immigration enforcement and international gangs at a news conference in Baltimore on Tuesday. Both issues have been central for the Trump administration, which has cracked down on immigrants entering the country illegally. The Justice Department has touted the arrest and prosecution of members of the MS-13 gang, the best known of the gangs that originated in the 1980s among Central American immigrants in Los Angeles. MS-13 generally has been more active in Montgomery and Prince George's counties than in Baltimore.
