Although he said he isn’t aware of many of the details- Allegany County Commissioner Bill Valentine tells WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show” that bluegrass legend Del McCoury will be making a big announcement when he visits the area next month. McCoury and his family and other DelFest representatives are expected to attend an event slated for Saturday, February 17th at Mezzos in downtown Cumberland. Valentine said he anticipates the announcement being made around 8 pm
