Just a week before the Maryland Primary which locally will determine the field of Republican candidates for Allegany County Commissioner in November- and two of those exchanged barbs over campaign finance reports on Monday. At a recent county commissioners meeting, a constituent raised questions about the reports provided by incumbent Bill Valentine, noting that no expenses were listed. Valentine checked into the matter, dismissed it as a error and notified the state. Candidate Stu Czapski however raised the issue again during an appearance on WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show” Monday…
Valentine responded just a few hours later saying it was disappointing of Czapski to attempt to make it a campaign issue…
